Hey, guys---this is the third time I've tried to send a post--maybe this time it will work. It is a process with me. Anyway, keep up the news from everyone--would love to learn more of the family. I will resist writing more until I am sure this time this will go through. Love, MB

Spinach Artichoke Dip

Hey Everyone! I made this dip for a party that I went to and had several requests for it, so I thought I'd share it with you all as well! Enjoy!

1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
2 Tbsp Parmesan cheese
16 oz cream cheese, softened
1/4 tsp pepper
3 cloves garlic - minced
14 oz artichoke hearts, drained and chopped (we buy the canned stuff - make sure it is NOT marinated)
5 oz chopped FROZEN spinach, thawed and drained

Combine the following: Combine all of the above except 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese and 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese. Mix other ingredients well. Spoon into greased 1 1/2 qt baking pan and sprinkle remaining cheese on top. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until top cheese is bubbly!
